After SUPER-TUESDAY, you will want to take a close look at those numbers again.
But if the election is to be based on popular vote, then there should be one delegate per congressional district and the winner of that district should get that delegate. The whole process seems to support the insiders. Even though it has been turned a bit on it's head this time around despite the rules. Which I find quite remarkable. |
