1. Does this person exist on this planet?

I seriously doubt it would be anybody from the establishment. I see a business person being a VP.

He would not gain any points by getting someone from the establishment, it would only make him act and look like a politician and alienate those that trúst him.

Last time I checked he didn't care about sucking up to minorities etc. to get any imaginary points by being fake (as career politicians do).
