Another Image Host Ignoring DMCA

I've sent numerous properly worded DMCA notices to both them and cloudflare without effect. Any suggestions aside from snail mailing a pipe bomb to the same?

1) We did not ignored anything, You showed up at 11.00 pm in night at saturday and i did not had access to dmca email so i told you it will be deleted when my guy comes back but you wanted it right away.
2) It was deleted yesterday, Your email went it spam so it was missed by our auto delete bot, We have a bot which delete dmca email after every few hours. 3) You have to understand that many small content owner, artist uses our website to monetize there images by our pay per view model, since they know they cannot sell it. 4) i would not even watch your images even if i get paid too. Sorry but its true. 5) we are strict on dmca reports. Thank you and sorry for trouble.
