It's called a favicon and consists of a .ico file

Go to favicon.ico Generator and make one from a suitable image. Then upload to the root directory of your site.

Just in the main root folder not a subfolder in it??? does it have to be uploaded in any process??

I uppded in in go daddy do i jusy upload it to the root dirrectery for each domain??
