You will get traffic back more than you send but the quality? I guess it's like everything else. Try it out. You can turn it on and off.

I found that about 20% of the traffic is "legitimate" with TraffDAQ
but they do need some sort of proxy and spam IP check in place. Probably also a good idea to get rid of the direct link, since 99% of scammers will use it to drive "traffic".
