You can do a media buy on Twitter & target gender, or you can search twitter for "female followers" Mining Kardashian retweets works too

I would compile twitter user lists and fgrep the result against a female names list -- don't -w (exact word) do -i (case insensitive)
then >> to your output file and you will have your =~/matched/i names in a csv list to work with. |
