I remember when I was young watching on TV how they lied about being poisoned by Serbs.(during 80's). So TV crew get into the hospital to see will they survive and they were not at all in the beds. Islam is the 2nd largest religion in my country - about 10% of population here consider themselves Muslim + millions of legal and illegal immigrants from Central Asia. But you will never see here any sharia patrols or something like that.

You can't ban anything successfully. In the US we couldn't even sucessfully ban alcohol much less drugs. Sadly what has to be done is to eradicate the bad aspects at the source. Due to the extremism being accepted in certain parts of the world it will leak out to where it's not acceptable.

You have to make the extremism unacceptable in those parts of the world, where it's currently active.

I beg to differ. Islam has never known the age of Enlightenment. It is still as barbarous as it was 1600 years ago.

Muslim asia is currently radicalizing itself. You don't see sharia patrols yet? It is only a question of time. The muslim brotherhood are very powerful and their goal is to conquer the whole world, as prescribed in the Quran. Until now, they won everywhere, on every front.
