Why would the fucktard go to Connecticut? The Republicans haven't won the electoral votes there in decades! He should be in states he needs to keep or win (GA, AZ, FL, PA, OH, UT). He's got just one field office in FL and reports say he wants to open them in all 50 states! What's the use of opening offices in West Virginia (which he will absolutely win) or California (which he has no chance of winning). He has no grasp of modern campaigning. Trump is funneling his campaign donations back to himself, he probably figures he can make $50-$100 million off of this. He doesn't care if he wins and probably hopes he doesn't.

A couple months ago he said he was going to immediately convert his $25million campaign loan to a donation, so supporters donations wouldn't go to paying him back personally. He lied, it's still a loan

I think he is waiting for the debates. At this point, barring something happening with Clinton, the debates are going to be his best chance to get back into the race. If he does well at the debates I think he will start spending money to back that up. If not, I think he will make a token effort, but he will be more worried about paying himself back and coming up with a good story as to why he lost.

He won't be in a single debate. Don't believe that bullshit about being concerned with viewership because of an NFL game. His campaign (and Trump himself) knows he'll get destroyed in a debate with a sharp political animal like Hilary Clinton. They just want to plant the seeds and let them grow for a while. He'll just milk this publicity as long as possible. His main problem is thinking the "any publicity is good publicity" works in this situation. His brand -- if that's what we could call that shitstain on the face of humanity -- is ruined.

I've know narcissistic sociopaths like him...they'll come up with any excuse to not play unless they know they can win. To be seen as a loser would be like any one of us being stabbed with a 10 inch knife in the gut. The same as we would try to stop a knife from plunging into our guts, he will do whatever necessary to not be seen as a loser in a battle of wits and knowledge. He doesn't possess either one of those attributes -- and maybe he knows it. I don't think he has a remote chance of doing good at the debates. The moment Trump speaks without a teleprompter he says something stupid. Combined with the fact that he has no experience in politics he'll be sunk.

The Republican debates were a joke; They were more concerned about videos about Planned Parenthood and barely scratched on the issues other than the economy. Clinton has been doing prep work for debates for decades. Clinton has most likely sat in and worked on every debate her husband was ever in, plus her own debates.

This is how Trump go to where he is. There was so many people in the Republican debates that Trump didn't really need to debate anything. All he had to do was come up with some phrases that made for great sound bites on the news.

Everything Trump does is for publicity. The bluster, the claims of being a billionaire 10 times over, etc. He has a large debt load, he loves attention and he's trying to parlay this into something else. Some suggest Trump News Network which is probably the most plausible.

When the bottom 1/3 of idiots in the country hang on your every word you can turn that into some cold, hard cash. He would blow Fox News out of the water by out crazying them. And in typical Trump fashion he'd pick a dying industry because he's too old to understand the new world around him. I just want to see the gold plated desks.

The only thing that should piss everyone off about him destroying the Republican party is the rhetoric has fired up the morons to the point that some will get violent.
