myhostedsolution.com
started with them around 2004, since they were one of the few out there who offered the full functionality of push-mail, this was before both the iPhone as well as the Android. Very happy and very professional those two times I have needed support during my 12 years with them.

protonmail is my favorite, they seem to have the best overall encryption though I do like runbox's symmetrical encryption to a person who isn't running the same client but you need it to still be secure. Protonmail has something similar but you have to share it before hand which is annoying. Though I wouldn't trust any of these for seriously sensitive subjects, I would use them yes but I would encrypt the message I put in them first using PGP, that way you're pretty much covered.

It seems most of these providers have limited aliases. Why is that, i mean howmuch i know to make it work all you need to add single line into e-mail server conf so i really dont see why that would'nt be unlimited. A catch-all can be used alternative but that is bad as when you enable catch-all you can receive 1000's spam e-mail daily.
