![]() My My site hosts about 120 images per page. Below is the server i have (from OVH). The site itself loads fast as fuck but at points the images take long time to load.
![]() Intel Xeon E3 -1231v3 (HDD) 32 GB of RAM DDR3 ECC 1600 MHz ![]() I have images, php, mysql hosted on one server but load never goes over 0.40.

All I have are OVH. And are you using WordPress? I upgraded to SSD on the servers and it's pretty damn good. Haven't ever had a problem related to loading images or processing. There are image processing packages that may help that you can install by SSH. That's the problem with self managed.

Yeah I have a lot of plugins on it. I gotta fix those WordPress sites. I love WordPress but they've always are a little slow.

Just got a new server there for a mainstream project. 200 million row database loading queries almost instantly!
Sounds like maybe it's an issue with your script? |

I have sites like that and they are very fast.
Look into memcached. As well check your RAM usage and disk i/o rather than CPU. |
