Fiverr is a lot of carbon copies... if you want a design they used on 10 other sites but changed the color and flipped it horizontally to 'create your new design' it's good. Not being sarcastic btw... for low priority work that doesn't need a real designer it's useful... but they ought to call it copy+pasting or templating rather than designing ;)

I brewed some beer at a new place in town, they want to put a label on the bottles.

It is a one-time deal for a few cases of basically a home brew
