Always hate this time of year. The weather has turned shitty. The roads are getting busier with people hitting the shops more, I need a vacation and now I have my usual "here comes Winter" cold.

I try to walk everywhere and diet wise I eat soups and salads a lot. Not exactly glamorous but neither is dying young.

True story, i can eat whatever shit and still not gain weight. I think i weigh the same as i did when back in High School.

Actually vitamin C does bugger all for colds. The up to date advice now is to take vitamin D.

My solution though is a big plate of extra hot chilli, and grapefruit juice. Kills it stone dead.
