It was fifty years ago today Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play
And I remember it clearly. Listening to the album the first time while sitting in bed with my girlfriend. It brings back great memories.
The Beatles? ?Sgt. Pepper?s Lonely Hearts Club Band? at 50: Who would have thought 50years late, I now sing this to my wife. Except I'm 66. |

Hearing that for the first time is one of the memories that has stuck with me and something I cherish. We sat there and said, "what was that about?" Took a while to understand the brilliance of it. Unlike so much crap out today.
