Amazon bandwidth is extremely expensive. Pretty much any non "cloud" based hosting company will be cheaper.

if you want the best rates, get a dedicated server with dedicated bandwidth with someone like mojohost
for non-adult though you might be okay with amazon cloudfront pricing, it really depends on how your traffic is being monetized. non-adult should have much higher cpm than adult |
