How to motivate camgirls to work?

Webcam studio owners, how do you motivate girls to work? Is it only money or something more? I spend hours by training and registering new models to the chats but just a few really start to broadcast, what more, most of them give up after couple of hours, disapointed and never come back. Mostly they start on Chaturbate, maybe some smaller chat would be better?

Do you operate a physical studio or a virtual one?

The people I have seen successfully with that have a much more hands on approach. They house the models, feed them, train them, shoot content for sites, etc. The key is they have to be all in and 100% dedicated to modeling for an extended duration. Intensity for short bursts of time (a few days per trip) works much better than here and there when they are going about their normal lives.

Virtual studios are dead ! Maybe 15 years ago that will work these days with all the information around cam girls have no reason to go at this kind of studios and those who are do it are to stupid to make money in this industry anyway! For real studios, physical ones it's much easier because they offer a lot of things to the models to motivate them, first of all they offer a physical place where to broadcast all the setups they need , profesional pictures and videos , training and many other things!

No offensive but why do they need you when they can do everything on their own without any commission cuts.

15 years ago that was physical studios age. Now nearly everybody has fast internet, equipment is cheap, many people prefer to broadcast from own bed But they are impatient and expect thousands bucks from the first moment

promoting, photo/video editing, daily payments etc It is more on a personal basis than livechats do. Plenty of girls work for virtual studios

No offense, but promoting is not really hard for a cam girl. Using Twitter/Insta/Snapchat. It's 2017 man!

Working as a cam model

Hello, my name is Ethan Joy and I work as male cam model. Based just on my experience, models should understand that it's impossible to have success right from the start. It takes a lot of time and dedication. You should motivate them by talking to them about what do they want to achieve, why did they choose this job and are their plans for the future. All these have always motivated me.

You have to consider the privacy issue for cam girls. A lot want to work at a physical studio because it is easier then for them to worry about keeping their home office out of reach.
