It's a malfunction in microsoft servers which caused random account to be easily hacked. This is like third account which i saw it's hacked these days.

When I say allow, I mean, they´re not shutting them down, so they´re allowing...

lol it doesn't work that way. It's normal with microsoft to be full of security holes, just see windows as operative system.
