I stopped promoting javbucks when they filed more than 1000 DMCA notices against one of our sites with Google for using one of their feed tools. When we pointed this out to them they refused to retract the dmca notices. They said we should not be using the tool which at that point they removed. I suggested it might be better for program/affiliate relations if they would notify affiliates the tool was shutting down and de-activate the tool. We had to prove to them step by step we were only linking to their api. Still they refused to retract the dmca notices. A shame since we were making small amounts of money with them each month. We Moved on.
