I don't consider myself a trader. I am a long term guy looking for dividends.

Don't follow me. Every time I suggest a stock, it tanks. But here is what I have.

Anything Trumpers is about to throw billions at is a good bet in the USA. Nothing like taking a hand out of American tax payer money and Trumps gonna dump more than anyone!

FYI, I don't buy stock's, we have a compulsory retirement funding here, part of the portfolio I run is American stocks and we have flipped from tech heavy to infrastructure heavy in anticipation of the big spend.

I usually put my money into mostly mutual funds. I am however playing a risk/reward stock in the green energy sector. Ocean wave powered buoys. OPTT. But its definitely a risk with high upside play.

I Smash and Grab with ETF's -- mainly financial market indices
If you are looking long term try ROBO and some other sector specific ETF shares.

nke = nike trading at around 58 now, could easily hit $65-$70 in the next year.
cost = costco. Amazon buying wholefoods has pounded the stock, was trading at $180 before the amazon deal, now trading at $154. Now is the time to buy.

I am also buying cemex as a long term hold.

EARNINGS season starting up again soon. I'd keep an eye for good pullbacks on technology (XLK) stocks after this huge run in the Nasdaq. I don't expect it to go much farther for this year and I expect a lot of profit taking. I'm looking to play the downside on any post earnings gap ups.

Shorting adult related stocks has always been a great investment on the stock market.
