They may as well ask for the casket money back also because the cemetery probably dug it back up and tossed grandpa in just like the other bag of bones. After my grandfather died we got a call from an attorney asking if we wanted to join a class action because an employee claimed the funeral home was doing all sorts of shady shit. Problem is the group of funeral homes were owned by a family with like 3 judges in it. Obviously that case wasn't going anywhere.
