With hindsight, one mistake I did make was not shooting enough B/G sets/videos, longterm they made a lot of money.
           Sylvia was a friend and did a day with us. We met her in the supermarket and when I approached her she was very wary until I reeled off the names of other shooters she had worked with. I let my assistants shoot her so they knew what it was like to shoot a 100% professional. |

Another week, another bunch of hopefuls turn up for castings. I'm only showing the best girls who turn up, the rest are less than there. But at $400 a set, even the plainer ones, of 20-30 we weren't complaining.
               We could still shoot some of these girls for a day or two. |

          Only one good looking girl so far and things not looking so great. We could sell them all but only for a couple $1,000 a piece. Then this darling turned up.      Shot Christine a ton of times, big money was rolling in. The magazine market loved her unshaven, attractive and teeny. You can always fall back on B/G action. To find so many girls to shoot we had to do castings in Prague and a few other cities around Czech. This is when had to sort the wheat from the chaff.
                 Most good enough for the Amateur market online, a few for the Amateur Mags market but nothing for the quality magazine market. But when in the UK I would have shot them for that Amateur Mags market. These were the girls we paid 500 Czech Krown to for turning up with ID and shooting 20 shots. They were all good for the Reader Wives sections of various magazines in the UK and US. |

But when you have this quality of girl everywhere you can afford to be picky.
          A casting in Prague usually meant something like 20 to 30 girls turns up. Some who only wanted to do soft nude right the way through to girls who would do B/G. As time progressed more and more would do G/G. But at first, there was a reluctance, saying they weren't lesbians!!!! Olomouc had great quality, Ostrava huge quantity and we had 100s turning up from other parts of Czech. An advert promising 10,000 Czech Krown per day was more than enough to tempt them and keep them from going to the competition. That was the key, rather than pay girls too little, we paid them the same as English girls. They brought friends, recommended us to girls they met on other shoots and stayed loyal. Until we had shot enough of a girl. |
