This girl is really wanting me to run a site for her. She is gun ho on wanting the site and will be very involved with the member base.. IE cam shows and so on.

I think she is hot enough that she doesn't need to do hardcore ... as long as she spreads her legs and plays with herself, you will sell memberships and have some seriously happy members.
