Downsizing movie review

If you have seen the trailer, then you will be expecting a much different film.

it wasn't a 'bad' film in the slightest, but certainly not the film that the trailer lead me to believe I was going in to see.

It seems like that happens with Alexander Payne's movies. The trailers make them out to be one thing when in reality they are something different. I'm still looking forward to seeing this one.

I looked forward to seeing this movie for months, saw it on opening day and was disappointed.

Had I known it was gonna be a depressing movie I would have waited yo see it at home where I could fast forward through that shit without having to be dragged through it in a theater. It was unnecessary and dragged the movie the fuck down.
