Why are you so special that you need individual, special attention?

Everyone has the same questions.
When will cards be printed, sent and about delivery times - who knows? I live in a First World country, mail service here is a lot different, faster and more reliable than some of those shit hole countries...

You can talk to normal support, no need to bother with your generic crap questions. In fact, for being an ass, they should place your request at the very end and serve you last.
