How to register a company in the US to a non resident?
Hey guys, I have some questions. Maybe someone can help me.
How can a non resident register a company in the US and open a bank account for an adult business? Does anyone have any contacts that can help me? And how much does it cost?  Thanks for any advice. |

there is no way to open a US bank account without physically going there because of KYC rules...the USA used to be a good place to incorporate, especially wyoming and dlaware but with the new laws that are in place I would not recommend it to anybody....
