It gets much worse. It seems millions of dollars were paid to Cohen for "consulting". Why in the world would AT&T need to consult with Cohen, who runs a small law firm and a tax cab company? LOL.

Seems like pay to play money was also going through Cohen's consulting company to gain access and or favor with Chump. AT&T paid Cohen's 'company" money around the time they were trying to acquire Time Warner
