I still have no idea how I got conned into that one...

Then I have to edit 80 pages of a 'short' story a friend wrote in Spanish and translated into bad English.....

Add to that 2 FaceBook pages, a business card and a flyer...

My total income - ZERO!....

Guess who will get the blame when it all turns to shit?..

If you were to learn how to say NO and stop doing charity work for unappreciative people, they'd turn on you in an instant and think nothing of it. And some may very well turn on you anyway, AFTER they get what they want from you. Its a way of sending the message: "I'm not in debt to you for what you've done. So don't ever expect a damn thing in return for it."

This is such bs. I do nice things all the time with zero or little payback. But my life is amazing. I get deals other people don’t get because everyone knows I am nice. They know I appreciate it, sure you get the person described above but who wants to hang with them anyways?
