Paxum, where are our paxum cards shipped May 11th?

The system says our cards were shipped May 11st, it's been now 2 months exactly and NO CARDS.

It is not possible that for 6 people the cards are lost in the mail and we should pay $100 each to get the expedited shipping that still takes a month to get printed/shipped?

Please help!!

Looks like I am not the only one having this problem. I even applied and paid for a new card on my business account and they closed my account without sending me the card, stating I have violated TOS but I did not. They did not even tell me what part of their terms I have violated. This is insane. Paxum was a great service but this is unacceptable.

Last week I ordered a new card, did not wait for lost card sent in early May.
The lost card came last weekend, if I had waited a few days... now I'm very upset.
The card can not be used and my paxum tickets are not answered two days.
A new card is printed and how much to wait for it again I do not know.
Who had a similar problem, can I activate the first card and not wait for the second card?

It would be interesting to make a list here and try to make a conclusion about that. The same thing you said came to my mind long ago. The idea that they don't have a tracking number is insane in the same way that there are a 60 days before they consider a card lost.

Were they simply decide to reduce pressure by fucking up some people they consider that should and can fuck? Was it done by geolocation or by the amount of money on account maybe?

I mean, if they clearly have a problem with funds, what if the logic was to slow down some users. For example, If someone has 3K standing there, it is better not to give him a card and send a card to 6 people having 500 on the account. More satisfied customers to spread words around.

I never had problems with the post office in this way. WHy do we need express shipping if there is a simple method people are since ever and it is called a tracking number.

The first one is that they don't want to connect to a local bank account with that service and this is why the card is the mandatory and main purpose of paxum for many people. I am sure there are more scenarios depending on situation that is different for each webmaster

Being jaunty as you usually are in your comments not helping all those people that didn't get their card. If you are not a paxum representative offering official data, your statement is even more "ridiculous".

The only thing that is sure is that many people didn't get their card and there is no tracking number and this can be a combination of factors mentioned above.(there is no official statement) A few moments ago you didn't even have an idea why the card is important and I could give you a few more strong reasons but a public is not a good place for that.

that's another matter but Paxum gives people more options to withdraw their money so I don't think it's correct to say that Paxum doesn't send the cards to certain people on purpose to keep their money.

As you can see above,I am not the only one that is suspicious. If they can't respond to tickets, if they don't give a tracking number, if there are server errors, problems with money transferring, who can blame us for being suspicious especially if there is no immediate and official comment on problems started to happen suddenly.

I was getting my old cards before the one in use really expired.
I can see that you are full of understanding for missing cards, did you get your card and what's your opinion on not giving shipment tracking numbers?

We are having a useless conversation here, you are defending them from some reason unknown to me, while people are still without their cards for months. No one knows why they disappeared and without a clear will of the service provider to ensure their deliverability, the logical conclusion is that people will ask were they sent at all at first place.

if they had a tracking number to ease tension in a turbulent period, no one would mention these things. We are all willing to pay few silly bucks for a tracking number if Paxum couldn't do it on their own.

Once again, no, I don't believe that card disintegrated in the post office because it never happened to me before, none of the sponsor checks was missing (ever) and if I remember good, none of the product I've purchased.

Anyway, as far as I know, an alternative to Paxum made by one fo the CC processors in the adult industry is on the way so I guess that at some point Paxum will figure out that ignoring support tickets and tracking numbers was a mistake.

I can understand problems that are not under their control to happen, but these two mentioned are absolutely their decision.

I absolutely agree with everything femdomdestiny wrote. I already transferred thousands of dollars from Paxum to my local debit card with no problems. I have no problem with that but I want to have the card because it gives me control over my funds- when I decide, I charge the card and visit the nearest ATM, no middlemen, and it's faster. I didn't get a card either.

And yes, I have absolutely no intention of giving them $100 for an ordinary tracking number. I already use banks mainly and sometimes PayPal. Paxum, only if there is no other alternative. Moreover, many sponsors no longer work with them because Paxum really have too many, endless and insolvable problems.

Good to know that EFT is working, cause i made a request for 1,2k yesterday.
As far as for alternatives, i made an account on Cosmo payments and i received the card in 3 weeks (normal).
