What is the best ad server platform to create a video ad network ?
Also what is the best Adserver Hosting solution ? What obstacles to consider before getting started ? Hit me up in the comments if you can help me out  |

Here is a solution I was also planning to check out. Let me know if you manage to check the demo if it works as expected.
Question: Once you create your network, how will you be attracting webmasters/advertisers ? There are many networks already and it's pretty hard to top off their CPM/CPC rates.
