I'm not talking about those companies that use templates and all their shit looks the same but professional companies that have trained designers ? Along with the std vector, jpg & tiff files i'll need DXF and STL files and not many designers can do this!

There used to be a handful of really good designers here. Ella was the name of one, I think.

Anyhow, that is a reminisce instead of a suggestion, and not helpful. ;)

99designs + Fiverr

Hire 7-10 designers to provide you a mock-up based on the information you provide them. Rehire 1-2 to revise the concepts, then pay a larger sum of $ to the designer with the approved artwork to deliver the various formats you need.

I used Fiverr and the guy i hired did a great job. Problem is that most designers supply only Vector files + EPS, JPG, TIFF and not DXF and STL files that i also need. Perhaps i'll give them a try again to see who can write to these formats as well !
