We do our whitelabels with Flirt4Free. That and Streamate have sold the best for us. With free traffic, I still do well with Chaturbate.

Depends really what you negotiate with them, if you have high volume of cam traffic, then i'm sure they wouldn't turn down a good deal. It's worth testing, im not saying that it should be the only direction you should go, just test,test,test and see what brings you a higher EPC
