Is there such a thing as a usb mouse that has a built in, very fast,
autoclick function when you hold the button down? A bit like when you hold a key on the keyboard and after a second or so, it goes eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...... ?
The only other thing would be that it would need to work on a mac. I know about macros, applescripts, automator, and program downloads and all sorts of work arounds, but I'm curious if a hardware based solution exists. Just a simple cheap USB mouse that has this function BUILT IN? Thanks in advance |

i guess it must be either a high-end gamer mouse but you're better off looking for a software that does this for you.
also, you should boycott shampoo and demand real poo.

Thanks anyway. I'm surprised that there isn't something readily available. I'm not a gamer, but Id have thought with how popular gaming is that a budget version of something that works should be out there somewhere.
To clarify, I'm not expecting something for nothing, but I'm obviously not gonna pay 200+ or so, but I'm happy to chuck 50 at it it without a second thought. Perhaps just a mouse with a switch on it, that when enabled makes it auto click when the buttons held down? |

Button actions are a function of the software interpreter/driver, not the hardware.
Fairly sure you can find some open source coding out there if you look. |

Q: I have a macbook air and why won't the settings for the mouse come up? A: You need to download the software, which could potentially not work on a Mac, but i will link you the website anyway. http://www.sumvision.com/product/Nemesis_kata/kata.html Damn, yeah mac can prove to be a bitch to find interface with peripherals. Ill ask a couple OS X users that game and see if I can come up with a solution. |
