I did a suicidal breakdown on twitter and ended 4 people called me in. 4 big police st my door and 3 paramedics. I took a pic of s pile of meds and gave a big givk you salute.

My first responder was my pharmacist. He tried to contact me. Then he called the police and paramedics because I didn’t answer. I drank 2 bottles of wine. I passed out before I got through 3 months oth Valium and 3 months ambian

My psychiatrist retired I don’t have anywhere to go now. He was 110. I stopped taking the mood stabilizers not I to the weight gain ii need to stay under 110. He prescribed me a year of Valium and sleeping pills and a mood stabilizer but I’m not taking that.

I’m ok now. I take Valium as needed and zopiclone he left me with a year prescription. I stopped the mood stabilizers just because they make me gain weight. And I don’t think the help. I think it’s my environment It’s not me it’s them really. Ativan in emergency and a trip to ER for me in Canada is free. It’s hard to get a bed but I can sit it the hall with an IV all day with nice people. Just don’t look at the door.

And I did have a serious breakdown 2 bottles of wine and sleeping pills till I knocked out. I was super drunk and irrational. I posted a big layout of all my pills I’m taking 3 months Valium and ambien. I passed out cold before I took it all. But I accidentally took a picture of my pill bottle. The pharmacy was my first responder and actually came to my door I didn’t answer and the called the police. Meanwhile 3 cam sites I worked for also called in to police.

He agrees with me my ex is a sociopath and I need to escape. He does not agree I should illegally leave the country. And now he retired but left me with a years scripts of Valium Ativan and zopiclone. I ditched the divalproex it doesn’t do anything but make me fat.

If I ever in serious danger I reach out here too. I know u help me but I’m ok.
