paxum - new card status ?

Hello, when paxum will start printing and sending replacement cards ? (I mean: those new permanent ones, after FCB fiasco).
Should we (active paxum users with old cards from FCB) order them by ourselves or this proccess is automatic ?

Nothing happens in my account and I heard stories about people already having messages of "card printing" statuses...

It seems some people are seeing their card status in their accounts, and others like you and I, are not. Is this a system glitch/error or is it that our cards are not being printed yet? Who knows. Clarification please Paxum!

I emailed Chris and Ruth about 10 days ago. No reply.

I questioned this on a thread here at GFY. Ruth last Thursday appeared after a 6 day absence and replied by saying card status should be in your account. It wasnt, and still isnt.

I asked her for clarification about how cards are being issued. 3 days later, again NOTHING from Ruth.

I'm losing patience with Paxum now. Like many others on here.

These threads are really annoying. So your card is not printed boo hoo. You either wait it out through this shitstorm or you don't. No one forcing you to use paxum since choice bank went belly up. Will it spill over to paxum its unclear, but at least you have some kind of warning at least. Constantly spamming threads where your "temp" card is does no good to anything. If your temp card doesn't arrive and 5-6 weeks pass for the official card (roughly how they said for the new card) are you going to constatnly start spamming those threads as well? Just mark paxum as a non card system for the time being and try to take out money other way, and wait it out, or don't use them, whatever, just stop with the "where is my temp card status, where is my temp card printing" threads. The guy that waits for the wire is another thing, but these temp card threads are annoying af.

No cards for me in fact all I got was an email asking to send in new verification after my account of nearly 7 years the passport ran out. Sent that in heard nothing back over 7 days now, no reply to support tickets and no temp card printing in my account. Click on apply for card and it says my account needs to be verified even though its been running for 7 years and I resent ID. Kinda annoying as all my affiliate payments go into Paxum and its a pain in the ass to go around changing them.

I've been waiting forever to get new adress approved, can't withdraw to external card before it's approved, can't get new temporary card before adress is approved, thanks Paxum for keeping my money hostage!

Got the email on 13th April.

It stated "These cards will be automatically provided to existing card-holders at no additional cost as well. Card status updates will be visible in accounts next week."

It's now the 30th and fuck all inside my account about my card status. NOTHING !

Ruth waltzed in here for a few mins last Thursday and thats the only time she appears to of posted on GFY in the last 10 days!

Some clarification please Ruth !

Ruth is reading all of this but never replies. This just add to confusion and stress level. By respect she could at least give us an update every 2 or 3 days, even if there isn’t something new, just to know she didn’t quit would be nice.

What's going on Paxum - I logged in again today and now it's throwing up warning messages about restricting my account unless I upload verification documentation which I uploaded nearly 10 days ago now ! I've had this account open 7 years and have all my affiliate payments going into it and you're going to stop me withdrawing them ???

I've had a support ticket open for 8 days asking about the verification and its unassigned and unanswered ?

Looks like they don't process these on top of the rest. Your only hope is to email Ruth with a subject line that will get her attention. She still visit GFY but never replies to anything. Like she says herself, she shares the same values as the company she works for.

you guys have to keep in mind that 1000-s upon 1000-s of cam girls have applied for new accounts with Paxum since the firstchoice pay shit went down and this is not going to be a quick process at all...I keep my mobile turned off because I can not stand 10 models yapping the same question every fucking day when their account is going to get approved or when the card will arrive...I can only imagine what paxum is going through...I do not know what is up with their cards but I do know that it is not going to be quick and you can forget about support because they are swamped...it is what it is...

They could disable new applications for now. They can disable support for new accounts. There are plenty of things they can do, they don’t even write any statement on their site. Completely ridiculous, people running this are incompetent.

Now if they do ship cards, how are they going to have cash avail to fund them? No one is sending them any deposit and everyone want to withdraw

You'd think they would prioritize existing accounts over new ones, and especially ones where they have now locked the withdraw process but there's thousands sitting in the account that we can no longer access. This happened to us with Epass a few years back and it's extremely worrying.

People are not asking her to do magic, simply to keep us informed every few days about:

- New ETA for new cards to start getting shipped.
- How much time should we now expect to wait for a wire to be handled. etc.

Well, i wouldn't expect anything different considering that the card is still in "printing" phase. We could expect a link to activate it only after they actually send it.

How can a big company like this have zero support? No matter what happened with the card issuer Paxum shouldn't treat their users like this. This is unacceptable.

I have a mainstream business where the core is card printing and members management. I don't know how things work where there is a bank involved and who is actually making cards but it takes a very short time period to print a card. Even the most basic card printers like Evolis entry-level series, you can print tons of shit per day.

Considering that there is no statement, I am afraid of my money. Will stop two wire transfers if it is not too late. Not answering to support tickets reminds me to epassporte episode. Won't get out of bed now, but will do it immediately in the morning

They are either being instructed by Paxum to ignore GFY threads, or are just fucking useless.

Ruth came on here and answered a question last week. 1-2 posts in almost 2 weeks.

I think that they have some more problems and they try to resove IT. Printing is not the problem. Probably issues with the banks or similar things. Thats why they do not inform us whats going on. First of all they need to fix things and afer this they tell something clear.

No matter what problems they have it's UNACCEPTABLE the way they treat us. We're making them a ton of cash. It's simply unbelievable how a company like this does business. It seems like it's run by some kids!

I withdrawn some money LAST WEEK to my external card and I still didn't get it. And they say it's instant. Instant my ass. Super disappointed.
