The chairman of that committee, Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., also expressed interest in hearing from Weisselberg and other Trump Organization executives.

The only reason Coen needed to testify is because of the 'chain of evidence' to get to the next folks and eventually Trump taxes and other financial information.

Of course there may not be anything there, but it is congress's job to be sure that there is nothing there.

Seems the entire reason Cohen is coming back to testify again is because he gave the House intelligence committee a shit ton of new evidence on Trump.
