yeah this will be the future.
Why waste time driving? if AI controlled the cars traffic jams would be very minor.

Tesla Auto pilot requires that the drivers interact every 60 seconds. If the car does not get this it assumes the driver is not in the seat or has fallen asleep, and will slow down, pull over (!), and stop.

If this was a regular car there would have already been an accident.

There is research indicating that if all cars drove in a fashion that they were equidistant from each other, there would essentially be no slowdown in traffic at all. Humans obviously are unable to do this, robots could.

I'm looking forward to this technology being spread to vehicles for the disabled, not quite there yet. This would not be a novelty, it would be life-changing for many.

And yet some people are still afraid of flying and think of it as unsafe.

At this stage of the driverless car game, you would have to be a stupid motherfucker to trust the tech enough to sleep while going 60 MPH.

While I do agree on a mass scale AI would save a lot of lives from car crashes there will still be accidents.

Simply look at those 2 Boeing crashes. The 1st was caused by the auto pilot system due to a faulty sensor. I'm betting the latest crash will also be the same sensor as the 2nd plane did nearly the same thing as the 1st crash.

Guess none of you are coders.

All code is flawed in some way.

I would never trust my life to someones code, not even my own.

for example

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgd17B4IeKo

take this Bgd17B4IeKo

and wrap it in [.youtube]Bgd17B4IeKo[./youtube]

(remove the periods from the example above, they are there to break the code and display the tags.)

jesus loves you
