Circular lights are ring lights
Just shoot in a room with natural light |

As for how to shoot your POV, it all depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Are you trying to create a new look or simply looking to recreate all the other POV studios? Either way, most cameras with a decent wide angle lense will do the job. The hard part is lighting. You want to light everything up as evenly as possible without "burning" the image with hard lights spots. If I were to shoot POV tomorrow, I would probably start with a ring light, two soft boxes and maybe a pepper light to have your model really be seperated from the background.
