Don't believe them. This card doesn't exist. I'm waiting for it almost 1 year. Of course, they'll be extremely happy to charge you for your application and for express delivery.

do u get notified by post office when card arrive ? since i was paying premium to get my previous cards , i have experience with express shipping only .

With regards to the Trucash issued cards, our legal department is involved in the matter and we are in negotiation with WFCU to try to resolve the situation in the best possible way for affected Paxum clients. Clients are more than welcome to follow the instructions provided by WFCU to return the card, or they can choose to wait to see what our legal department can arrange. We hope to have an update on this very soon.

In regards to the New Temporary MasterCard, Trucash, the card issuer, stopped providing their services and the cards become unusable. The funds from all card are with them, therefore, we are not able to refund the funds from the card, since we do not have it. Trucash are not cooperating with us by any means, they do not respond to our emails or return our phone calls. We are looking for a way to recover the funds from them and as soon as we will have a solution on this matter, you will be notified.

We hereby inform you that we are unable to fund the Union Pay card, due to lose of a corresponded bank by our issuing partner, therefore we had to suspend the program and any reference to there cards will be removed from your Paxum account.

We will continue to work on delivering the best experience for our customers and offering best solution to withdraw to prepaid cards, but in the meantime we provide WIRE, EFT (to select countries), and Withdrawal to External Card as alternative withdrawal options inside your account.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your continued support.

if you want quick response from paxum, just mention that you need a quick paxum to paypal transfer... they will jump in in no time.
