Fix it for you, I don't give a fuck if you register with my REF but it's a fucking great service anyway... so you waited 9 hours for your transfer good for you... I wait 1 second for my transfers just as I mentioned before... ;) I get my transfers INSTANTLY if you didn't understand... yes such thing already exists... then all you backward fucks keep waiting hours, days even months for your payments... I advised this service because it's one of the best out there right now with the least headache, I don't give a shit about the refs... everyone is throwing ref links around here so what the fuck? leave me alone bitch

I know its a hastle getting a new card but trucash has been fucking garbage. Union seems like a much better option.

Paxum still owes me $1,600 from 1 year ago. I have been waiting for that money ever since.
Current status: I need to wait for a temporary card from their previous processor because they cannot transfer the funds to the card issued by their new processor nor credit the amount back to my Paxum current account balance. That was 5 months ago. Bullshit. Of course they could easily credit the money back to my Paxum account - temporarily out of their pocket and then getting the money back from their previous processor without issuing a new card (by wire transfer, for example). The card is useless anyway and will get canceled right afterwards. This would have been the proper course of action. What have I to do with their choice of business partners? Did they consult me when they decided to go with their previous processor? Of course not. This is their responsibility but they rather let their clients take the hit. Shame on you, Paxum! This has been going on for a year now. What I hear is that they take approximately 4 months to issue a new card. WTF? |

I did not get any email about these issues. No information on website. Why do I need to find out about these things accidently by going to GFY? Anyway, truecash will not work anymore, and we all have to apply for new card? I tried paying online, and it worked. But I have not tried funding from wallet. Still waiting for the SEPA card. 6 weeks has now become 6 months... Temporarily cards or not, as long something is working its fine. But chinese cards, seriously? Pardon my skepticism.

I tryed to use a card at ATM today and it doesn't work. Is there any chance to get money back?
Also I don't understand why Paxum can't send new cards via standart shipping method by post office? It's much safer than a delivery via unknown local courier. What if I miss a call from this courier? Then a card will be returned back again? Or it's done specially do not let people get their cards? |

so in the end the card took longer to ship than it actually worked, and cost me a few 100 bucks because I doubt we'll be seeing the money that was on the card back. Lets see how much the new "free" card will end up costing. Also paxum keeps saying they know how many people rely on their services, and how inconvenient this is, yet they can't take the time to mail their customers/post an update on their site/twitter etc tons of people who are not on GFY still don't know what's happening

Click “Request Card” in the top menu bar There are no -> request card <- link anywhere! There's a "apply for card" link, it links to a form that you just can't submit so I guess this one is for the previous card??? Anyone was able to actually order the new card? |

Same here, apply link is there, but with empty dropdown menus to select currency/card type etc. they will probably issue new cards in steps based on region/audience like the last time, with me coming last
