Another day and another Trump supporter is busted for child sex abuse and drug abuse. When will trump supporters learn they are not above the law?

"Sayer was implicated after police investigated his friend, 45-year-old Donald Johnston, who has been charged with multiple rape counts involving children, including a 4-year-old boy.

Investigators said the 45-year-old Johnston befriended the teenage girl and convinced her to take methamphetamines before sexually assaulting her."

Battle Creek police said Johnston and Sayer were friends, hunting and fishing together, including on property on G Drive in Emmett Township.

Investigators said Johnston befriended the 16-year-old girl and insisted she take methamphetamine and then began sexually assaulting her.

In October, both men sexually assaulted her at a home on North Kendall Street.

The case against Johnston is still pending in Calhoun County Circuit Court.

Sayer appeared Wednesday before Circuit Judge Sarah Lincoln who said, "I was really stunned by the (plea) agreement but I had an opportunity for the plea to be explained by the prosecutor's office. I still have some concerns but you have limited criminal history – child support – and given the fact that there is an agreement with the people I will go along with this."

Neither Sayer nor his attorney, Kimberly Wickham, addressed Lincoln.

Later, Assistant Prosecutor Tamara Towns said several factors were considered in the plea agreement including "the wishes of the victim."

In addition to probation, Sayer will be placed on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry and must pay fines and costs of $1,648.
