I am in the final phase of launching KORA ANGEL

However before we go live I wanted to do a pre launch.

What are some things you would do for a pre launch?

the site will offer:

a members area

a clip store

and cam

Whats the current strategy for getting traffic and new members?

I can give you one piece of advice on the current landing page, Give them some sort of incentive to opt-in (There really isn't one now).

A free video, free pic set, something like that would go a long way in increasing your opt-in rates which of course means more money when you launch.

Are you doing memberships? Affiliate marketing? Who are you processing payments with?

If NATS is not the answer to any of those questions, we should talk.

Most new sites that incorporate NATS to manage their membership business, for pre-launch, tend to do a PR piece and forum announcements, and mention NATS to attract the droves of affiliates that currently promote NATS client sites and are all over the forums.

Additionally, make any "soft launch" time restricted for "this great deal" so it adds urgency. Make it a "special" of some sort that you would never normally do...

incorporate all of this into social media, PR, forums and see what happens.
