Registering a business
Ok, so I'm at a point where my sites generate a few hundred bucks per month, even if its not that much what are steps you have to take to register a business. (Europe)
Would gladly appreciate any information |

With is very logic - you don't register your business in Spain if you live in Denmark

you have to pay for example, 10,000 euros of tax, and the costs of running a company ( in your country) in Cyprus would be for example 7k euros only for an accountant + some fee for reneval et so it for 1-2 thousand euros to make a company in Cyprus? Make a real money in your own country, pay you taxes get insurance so you can go to hospital if you brake a leg and after this think about offshore company.

with a few hundred bucks i would just up a company in your own country and pay your taxes normally. how i blieve it works +- You setup a company in your own country (you have to). and have your company in cyprus own the domain name + software and charge a fee for letting your local company use it (fee beeing about the amount your profit would otherwise be) But you would need to get everything setup, have accountants, have your books checked, have bankaccounts for it. couple of thousand a year of extra costs for this

You need to check the country rules where you want to set up your business. You can't set it up for whole Europe directly.

Agp Law is probably the best incorporation company in Cyprus right now in the market, though there are many good ones, as it's a big business sector there. Things have gotten a lot more strict, in terms of accounting and most of all banking.
US is also a good option depending what you do. As others posted above, usually makes sense when you make +10k at least to go "offshore". |
