They also drew up articles of impeachment against him several times and had several debates about impeaching him. The Senate filibustered his judge nominations at a historic rate (more for Obama than all other POTUS combined).

Yes, they wanted to make sure the American people knew they had zero interest in the PPACA. And here it is failing under it's own weight. What upsets me about the Republicans is they haven't come up with anything better after all this time.
