Hi,

can anyone point me to a solution on how to pay out models within USA with ACH?

I've heard so far that US laws forbid to pay them if they are not professional freelancers/businesses. Is this right?!

Are there any good companies or adult friendly banks out there which offer this service?

Do you want to deposit with ACH, or you want to let say deposit with wire, and then send ACH further?

I have never heard anything like that. I am not a model but I get ach into my personal accounts all the time.

I want to pay out dollars to models to their US bank account (ACH preferred but if it is wired I don't care)

For European market this is not a big problem because there are solutions available like epayments, Paxum but for the US market it seems like an industry secret what e.g. sites like onlyfans or manyvids use for paying out US models.

If somebody can give me a tip where I should look at and contact... that would be nice!

If you're already using Paxum please email me - [email protected] - we can't offer USD ACH but we may be able to approve 3rd party outgoing USD wires for your account, if that's of any interest to you.
