How to determine why Google traffic dropped drastically
As you can tell from this graph, "something" happened during July that totally destroyed our Google traffic. Is there any way of detecting what that might be?
The 'average ranking' doesn't seem to have changed, aside from being more chaotic the last couple months: |

how long were you at the previous level of ~100 clicks per day?
honestly I doubt there's a specific reason and I doubt your site will recover. I've seen this kind of behavior before on black-hat projects (not saying your site is black-hat but if its an adult site with adult backlinks google will be distrustful of it)--you get a small amount of traffic for a little while and then get completely removed from SERPs. Google was probably just throwing you a bit of traffic to test you--they probably saw you had a few backlinks so their algorithm sent you some traffic for a while to learn a little about your on-site metrics, but eventually decided (for any possible reason--maybe on-site metrics, maybe spammy backlinks, maybe duplicate content, there's no way to know) that they didn't want your site in SERPs. Your average rank has stayed the same because there's still a handful of queries you're ranking the same for (probably your domain name?) but you got removed from every other query you were ranking for. On the bright side it was only 100 clicks/day...you didn't lose much, really. |

That traffic is small to make serious conclusions. Have you ever targeted some keywords and are you tracking their position?
You can read this: "Sudden traffic drop, what to do?" but I've checked site authority and it is very low. But what also got my attention is this, and speed is a big ranking factor these days:
