Entrance terms required by law?
I'm trying to figure out what's the right way to cover my ass
On first visit: Chaturbate completely blocks the page until users agree they are over 18 and accept terms. LiveJasmin let you browse their website and only show a small overlay until you agree to their terms. PornHub doesn't require users to agree to terms at all. Clearly they all know what they're doing and they all want to lower their bounce rate as much as possible, so how come they're so different? |

Depends on where you live, where your company is, and where you are hosted mainly.
Either way, at the very least it may be wise to add the RTA tags to all your adult pages.
