Anyone with a Brain at CCBill

Hey guys,

I've been with CCBill for 15 years and I am at the end of my tether.

They are soooo pathetic and I could swear that instead of trying to help their clients, they are working to screw us over.

I've had maybe a dozen account reps over the years, most have been pathetic and never last very long. Current one is Rita who last week decided to turn off my pay outs.... without any advice or as much as an email.

Send me through any suggestions on processors that actually care these days. And if anyone has worked with a person at CCBill who has half a brain could you let me know who?

15 years and I no longer have anything good to say about them.

I logged into the affiliate admin recently to get a linkcode and gave up pretty quick. Hope you get your payouts sorted out in a timely manner

And I think thousands of webmasters experienced this and gave up also. They have that one missing ingredient, webmaster user experience. Without this feedback, they will never reach the affiliate market in her fullest potential.

We've never had issues with them. The times we need to contact support we get replies quickly and things we ask get done. Payouts are always on time as well. The admin's a bit odd, but that's my only issue.
