yey, at last our area, the Costa Blanca, or our municipal, the Orihuela Costa, a total area of 367.19 km², stretching all the way down to the east Mediterranean coast of main land Spain, west of Torrevieja, has finally been given a release date of Monday 11th of this month, May.

We have no further COVID19 cases & 0 deaths, our hospital has no COVID19 patients and it´s all down to the Guardia blocking off the area, especially through Easter and giving fines of 500€ to anyone out during the lock down, we´ve only been allowed out for food and this once a week with one person in a car!

It´s been difficult, but the success of cleaning our area, facebook torrevieja and Orihuela Coast members area applauding each other for sticking to the lock down, not harassing each other, no queuing and greed, everyone has been respectful and responsible.

From Monday onwards, we´re allowed out, to bars and shops, everywhere is opening as usual, although a few steps have still been put in place, no more than 30% usual capacity, thus not crowded, 2 in a car, unless children in the rear. And most of all, only 1km from your home, if further, a 500€ fine, this stopping others coming into our area and once again, spreading the virus.

Testing has been high in Spain, and the figures, even in Madrid, Valencia and Barcalona have dropped significantly, however, as long as we stay in our area, there should be no further spread here on the East coast at least!

Anyway, there´s some hope at the end of the lock down, as long as you do it properly and everyone abides by the rules!

I don't really get how all of this is going to work since most countries (same as the one I live in) will suddenly start relaxing the imposed restrictions on going out during the pandemic.
Sure, the curve has been flattened.. but starting with 15th of May, people where I live will be able to go out without much of a hassle again. Now with more cases confirmed than before the restrictions, won't this make previous methods employed.. moot?

most countries expect another rise, but able to control the curve. Hospitals not flooded...

So how can you protect yourself?

- keep your vitamin D3 blood levels above 30ng/ml
- keep your fasting blood sugar between 75-85. This used to be the standard, until it was changed due to an ever increasing sick population.
- be under 65yo (lol) or keep your senescent cells low be regularly fasting (for example don't eat for 12 hours every day from 8pm until 8am)

Follow this advice and you will be asymptomatic.

vitamin c, while this doesn´t prevent COVID19, there´s nothing wrong with keeping your body in good health anyway and it has been proven to help gain the immune system after viruses, therefore, it´s not going to be bad for you to keep your vitamin c up...

Also: you SAY you probably had it, runny nose, etc. But were you TESTED? Then think whatever you want to make yourself feel better but you do not really 100% know for sure. The symptoms are so imilar to colds and flu that, without testing confirmation, it's nearly impossible to tell WHAT you had back in January.

This is why, btw, it's going to be 10x worse the next flu season because Covid-19 will hide behind the flu and many people will not get treatment until it is too late.

Allergies cause Covid-19 symptoms too. We're getting rocked here with grass and Tree Pollen.
Body aches - because of my age (totally normal)

Hospitals are simply declaring that all of their new and existing patients are "virus cases" because there is no test nor is there accountability. This is what they've been doing all along, because ~2,000 * ((40000 + 13000) / 2) = $53M per day average. And don't forget they get something like $50 for every test they claim they do. Nursing homes really cashing in on this too.

Consider that a lot of the people who were laid off are making more in their hand-outs than they were on the job. Expect a big spike in everything over the summer because they'll be doling out the free money until at least June. That, plus a lot of them have had deferments on rent/mortgage/loan payments as well.

I have 2 solutions because I am paranoid Guests will not be able to get in.

1. A lockbox with a combination. On the street near the apartment. Enter the code, get the keys. Put them back in after checkout.

There is also a company called Key Cafe with hundreds of locations that some people use. Similar to the lockbox solution but at a cafe or store, not on the street. There is a monthly fee for that service.
