You can also try a company like admaven.. i use them for pops but also for push traffic and native banners also. worth a try i think

I usually pay out via cryptocurrencies, Their minimum pay out for bitcoin is 500$, It's ridiculous.

I don't know about cryptocurrencies, I'm basically getting pay by Payoneer and the minimum payout is 50$
