drive good traffic from twiiter but nothing from google at all
so what do you think after i embod videos shall i write good description about it or its only need time

Time is not a factor by itself. If you could wake up tomorrow and have thousands of links and articles on site, it will start getting traffic fast. This is how big guys are doing when starting a site. They have a budget for links and for onsite SEO. The alternative is to work slowly on your own and quit as most the people do after a while Some more info here.

Although time is not a ranking factor, it takes time to rank.

But the other thing to consider here is you are embedding the same exact videos word for word titles and descriptions as the thousands of other WP-script customers are.

You're also grabbing this content word for word from the major tube sites. So not only are you trying to outrank the major tube sites (which you never will) but you're trying to outrank the thousands of other Wp-script users who are importing the same content, word for word.

You can find success with these mass importers, but it is never as simple as clicking the import button and sitting back and getting traffic to magically appear. Takes some work and innovation.
