To buy or sell bitcoin.

A lot of bitcoin arms in the UK where you can buy it very few you can cash out from and all are heavily monitored.

Go to a couple of Chinese run casinos in Cambodia and you can cash out as much as you wan't. I was once in a bank branch in Cambodia and a Khmer was complaining it was taking 45 minutes to pay in $750,000 in cash!!! If you tried paying in $750k in a local branch in the UK I'd be arrested on the spot of money laundering!

These ATMs are a ripoff. They charge around 10% in fees, sometimes more.

Then use an exchange like Coinbase, with extreme gov regulation, same as a bank.

10% fee is what you pay for no KYC, pose with passport selfies and anal swabs

We have bitcoin ATMs in Poland. You can buy or withdrawal. No limits on them. No ID required.

Have been using them for years, the local ones just started requiring ID this year though. Also 11% fee.

Same almost happened here (ID requirement) but owners of ATM's told government to fuck off so they gave up from that requirement . And it is kind a absurd, you can spend millions in cash and nobody bats and eye, spend a dollar in BTC and suddenly you are terrorist/money laundry operator lol

Pretty steep fees for ATM's. Other options are better if you have them. Otherwise any port in a storm.

Yeah obviously it's not ideal, but hey, you can buy and sell with cash in minutes.
